PAT BAILEY did a story on nation grid's rates back in 2010 and it has not changed nor has anything been done about it are they above the law, is monopolizing illegal, taking advantage of the poor in this country seems to be something that is excepted as ok to do.. i tried to get my meter fixed because it is over charging me and the tell me they will not fix it, they are trying to tell me i am using 3500kwhs a month... most high users use about 900 - 1000 kwh a month. they blamed my high useage on a 125w heat lamp for our tortise... i asked them to recalibrate it and they said no , but they did tell me to have a nice day.. i think you need to revisit this problem nation grid needs to be put in perspective and the laws in this country need to be enforced !
