100 year old tree snapped in half in New Hartford

Storm Damage 5-29-13

Yesterday, 5-29-13 an early evening storm came through New Hartford New York and as I stood watching out the window I saw our 100+ year old, 100ft + White Pine tree snap in half and fall in our back yard. This tree is very large and healthy. Something strong snapped it in half! I saw no lighting at the time either. There is a path of tree damage including trees falling on power lines, gas lines burning and a tree fallen on a car along Oxford Road down the hill from us. It looked like it moved in a diagonal pattern across the village of New Hartford. Is this information that NOAA collects or analyzes? Tornado? Microburst? I have attached a couple of photos of the tree in our back yard.
