Seen this hot air balloon coming at us from the north. For a minute we thought it might land on our property. Spoke to the pilot, he took off from the Turning Stone Casino. Landed the balloon at the intersection of Cooper Street and Deans Highway, Town of Westmoreland at roughly 8 p.m. EDT
