Potatoes do not just grow they need cultivating and hilling to make them grow. Hilling them gives the potatoes nice soft dirt to grow in and the cultivating keeps the weeds down. The cultivator and hiller are several decades old but do a good job. Our horses are used for several jobs on the farm.
