Witnessed this hit and run road rage!

Location: Mohawk St Plaza McDonalds. Utica NY
I witnessed this accident, where 2 women were in a red car at the mcdonald's drive through. I was at the stop sign and she turned into the drive on her right of way. The man behind me sped around my car and cut into the drive through to cut her off. He hit her car all down the driver side and then was screaming at her through the open windows. Then he put it in reverse and hit her car some more and took off. Then I was at the red light facing mohawk st. He sped through the red light. I took pictures after he crashed into her with my cell phone and took his liscence plate number. EGU 7408. He was a thin white male with a dark moustache.
