With all the rain that we've had over the past week, Saturday was probably the best day all week for people visiting the Herkimer County Fair. By looking at this picture, you can tell that the fair was booming with excitement. The Ferris Wheel had emptied and come to a halt, but only for a moment. The other rides were filled with participants screaming for a thrilling ride of their life. I could hear them all the way from the Frankfort off ramp!
