Edmeston Fire Department Hosts Open Hous

The Edmeston Fire Department hosted a community Open House at the beigging of National Fire Prevention week. Home safety checklists as well as many other items were available for the over 225 estimated in attendance. Two new trucks that were delivered within the last three months were also on display.

Senator Jim Seward visited the department. during the Open House. Chief Arthur Klingler was able to thank Senator Seward for 2004-2005 Legislative Iniative which enabled the department to purchase a vital Thermal Imaging camera as well as updated air pack bottles.
