I WAS DRIVING DOWN ROUTE 8 AT ABOUT 6:15 P.M. AND SAW THIS CAR UNDER A LIVE DOWNED POWERLINE. THE PERSON RAN FROM HIS CAR AS THE LIVE POWERLINE WAS ON FIRE.
