This morning, after we got several inches of snow last night and the snow plows were out, the Herkimer County Highway Dept. sent a man with a tractor and mower to mow on Rose Valley Road. This was a BIG waste of our tax dollars. We have to cut back to survive and goverment just keeps on spending. We really needed to have the weeds under the snow cut today. What a great country.!!!!
