I started working at WKTV in 1980, my first job after college. I found an interesting job that constantly changed and a "family" of co-workers that always made me feel at home. I even found my husband, Tom here and watched my family grow up on some of the Christmas cards you;ll see in our Anniversary section.
Before I started working here, I was aware of how important WKTV was to Central New York. I grew up watching the Bozo Show and Romper Room reruns. I sang on the Christmas Choirs Show with the St. Francis deSales Glee Club in high school. My family watched WKTV News every night at 6 and 11 for the latest news about Utica.
