Otis the Floppy Tongued Reindeer was spotted just north of Utica near Poland. His furry brown coat and sparkling antlers were easily spotted as he romped through the snow, obviously practicing for his big upcoming evening with Santa. When approached by our news team he just slurped a Merry Christmas and flew out of sight!
