Well folks it was a full moon on 2-09-2009 and I had just purchased a new camera with several lens so decided to try to capture some photos as the full moon was coming up over the horizon . three photos here to show you a little closer look at the full moon.

Titi-try a "night scenery" and I use a 500 mm- 800mm lens...and I use a remote control. My pics come out great!!

I was wondering what type of camera and lens did you use? I have A Digital Camera 8.2 megapixel and cannot seem to capture the moon ever.. No Matter What Setting I have it on..Cant Do It~ Its Frustrating Because I love The Moon and Stars~

These are great photographs..The moon is my favorite subject...I bought myself a remote control for my camera. It keeps the camera so still so that you're not touching it and blurring the pics. They are under $40. Good luck...you have a great eye!
