THE SILVER BLADES OF CLINTON - Clinton Figure Skating Club - Junior Team


OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY SYNCHRONIZED SKATING TEAM IS OFF TO NATIONALS. The Silver Blades of Clinton, Junior Level of the CLINTON FIGURE SKATING CLUB will compete on March 6, 2009, at the 2009 USFS National Synchronized Skating Championships in Portland, Maine. The Silver Blades of Clinton received the Pewter Medal at the 2009 USFS Eastern Regional Synchronized Championships this past January advancing them to the final round at the National Championships. The CFSC team is one of 13 teams from the Nation to compete at the Junior Level. The Silver Blades of Clinton competed this past February 21 at the NYS Empire State Games in Lake Placid, NY and won the Silver Medal. The Clinton Figure Skating Club would like to thank WKTV for filming the practice session for the Empire State Games and for sharing with the community our teams story of them preparing for the Empire State Games which televised on Saturday, February 14. The Clinton Figure Skating Club is very proud of their skaters and wish them the best at their upcoming NATIONAL COMPETITION.
