My Old Duct Taped tub/shower

This old tub had melmac as shower walls when I first acquired the house. Then some years ago, I had some one place plastic/fiberglass type shower walls around the melmac, that are now falling off the wall, and I have Duct Tape holding it up. Also have cracks in the walls, along with some mildew and I am not able to use the shower as often....oh how I wish I could get a tub/shower make over.
