Just before 3:30 P.M. this afternoon there was an accident on French Rd., Utica. Rescue from N.Y.MILLS, and Utica responded to the scene. One vehicle landed up against a fence making it difficult to access the driver. The vehicle was supported so the crew could work in the car. The driver was removed and transported by Edwards Ambulance.

Nice job on the call guys... BUT... too bad there wasn't a safety officer present to enforce the proper safety procedures concerning turnouts and helmets to protect the guys working to free the victim. Hmmm OSHA ???
