I was walking our dog in the back lawn when we noticed these youngsters in the grass. There were four, and two were lively and two were sleeping. I thought they had left the den and were on thier first exploration. We left them alone and expected them to disappear, but they didn't.
Two hours later we checked them again and they seemed to be weakening. Maybe mom had been hit by a car or something and they didn't know where togo. Nancy eventually found a nearby rehabilitator and we took five of the little guys to her. She said they were dehydrated and obviously, to her, they needed milk. She had a proper formulae for this situation. They should be ok and back in the wild soon. They were only a few weeks old.
