I Believe It Would Be A Bad Idea To Build A Tower on Top Of A Garage at City hall. Living In A Apartment Building Myself, I Know How Living In One Is Not The Greatest Experience. You Deal With Many Problems Like Bed Bugs, Roaches, To Other Extremes Like Drugs. Take A Look At The Obleston For Example. If You Take A Look At The Building From When It First Started Out Till Now, You Will Soon See How Run Down it is. People Have No Respect For The Place They Are Living. If They Treated it Like it Was Home and Not a Dumping Ground They Would Live In A Cleaner Safer Environment. In Stead They Chose To Live Like Pigs and Expect Others To Live The Same! How About Making Apartments on Top Of Buisnesses DownTown Like Flats?
