Only in Boonville would you have to dress in winter coats and still cover up with blankets on the 4th of July. In Boonville you have two choices, chance of snow or chance of rain and July 4th decided it was more apt to be a chance of snow it was so cold. First year ever that we had to dress like this to have a party and watch fireworks.
