I Feel Really Bad For The Utica Fire Department. On Numerous Occasions The UFD Is Called To Kennedy Plaza. Most Of The Time Its A False Alarm Because The Children That Live At KP Cannot Leave Nothing Alone and Constantly Pull The Alarms. There Should Be Some Kind Of Investigation So These False Alarms Wont Happen. KP Does Have Serious Fires and I Feel That If These False Alarms Are Not Stopped. The UFD Will Not Take The Alarms Seriously. 7-11-09

I feel bad for them too when yahoos are sitting in their apartments taking pictures of them when they should be evacuating the building!!!!
