Boilermaker Needs Better Parking

Everyone Knows That The Boilermaker Is A Great Thing For The Utica Area. However Parking Is A Pain. You Cannot Park In Apartment Complexes Lot Because Tenants Have To Pay For Parking. Please Have Consideration For The Tenants. The City Of Utica Should Allow Parking At The Parkway, Auditorium, Or Even Some Of The Garages Like Radison, or City Hall.
