Derrick Evans of Utica boxing out of the newly organized Lou Ambers Boxing Association, impressed the judges with a decisive decision over Shawn Williams of Monticello NY. at the Renegade Stadium in Wappinger falls, Fishkill NY. Evans next bout will be in Utica August 8th at Mohwak Valley Community College in the gymnasium. The event is East vs West the Showdown, top amateur boxers from Buffalo, to Albany and points in between will square off.
