Moe is a Patagonian conure with a lot of character. She cuddles a maraca (and yells at it when it's been "bad"), blows kisses, and calls out "FOOL!" Moe has been in our family for the past 10 years after spending her first year of life moving her way from South America, to California, to Washington D.C., to New York City, and has now settled in Utica.
