Rome Capitol Theatre's SummerStage will be presenting the regional premiere of "Curtains", a hilarious new musical with mystery, romance, and murder.
Set in 1959 Boston, the show follows the fallout when the supremely untalented star of "Robbin' Hood of the Old West" is killed during her opening night curtain call. Can a police detective who moonlights as a musical theater fan save the show, solve the case, and maybe even find love before the show reopens, without getting killed himself?
Featuring a talented cast of Central New Yorkers, directed by Peter Loftus and choreographed by Randy Fields, Curtains will keep you laughing and guessing, as you too try to figure out who did it.
Curtains is August 13-15 at 7:30pm. Tickets are available online at romecapitol.com or by calling the Capitol Theatre box office at (315) 337-6453.
