A hot air balloon out of Munnsville, NY had to make a street landing in the middle of Chapel View in Clinton, NY. Winds were virtually non-existent, giving the operator few options as sunset was fast approaching. The balloon sat just above the trees for quite some time along Fountain Street just south of Clinton, all the while drawing quite the crowd. The actual landing seemed fairly calm, with the balloon laying nicely down the road after touchdown.
