Police are investigating the shooting of a Utica man. The man was shot in the face during an altercation with a man at 1647 steuben st in utica. The victim was transported to a local emergency department for treatment via ambulance. The man who allegedly shot the victim left the scene in his car shortly before police arrived at the scene. There were numerous witnesses to the crime, and many were apparently cooperative with the police. The shooter is at large!!
