HOBART USES FOUR THIRD PERIOD GOALS TO SKATE PAST UTICA
The Utica College men's hockey team led 4-2 headed into the third period of play but ECAC Men's West Conference rival Hobart College netted four unanswered goals in the final stanza to earn a 6-4 victory. The Pioneers used three straight power play goals over the course of 4:45 midway through the second period to take a two goal lead but Hobart responded in the third period to earn the key conference victory. Sophomore Tim Coffman netted two goals for UC, while senior Matt Fitzgibbons added two assists. The Pioneers return to action on Saturday night when they take on visiting and nationally-ranked No. 6 Elmira College in conference play at 7 p.m.
