John Dowling, former Marcy native, now living near Washington, D.C. in Arlington, Virginia sends these photos calling for help!! John moved away from the this area in 2007 hoping to find nicer winter weather. John is learning this weekend, they now have more snow accumulation in the D.C. area for 2009/2010 season than we do in Central New York!!!
