The staff and children at the New Discoveries Learning Center at Upstate Cerebral Palsy would like to extend a special thanks to Barnes and Noble in New Hartford for generously conducting a book drive on behalf of our agency this past holiday season. The local book store collected more than 1,000 books from community members throughout December which they have donated to the children's center. Libraries in twenty preschool classrooms have now been expanded and programs such as Parents as Reading Partners will be greatly enhanced. Once again, thank you to the Barnes and Noble staff and the community members who generously made donations.
