I spent five hours waiting to see my first Bald Eagle. I found a carcass with crows and ravens eating it. It was located at Gravesville in the town of Russia. I figured that was the spot the eagles would show up. Finally, an adult appeared and was perched on a dead tree. Other people started to stop by to see the eagles. I drove 130 miles today scouting out around Hinckley and Kayuta Lake just to finally see them. There is nothing like hearing thier calls and thier wing beats when they take off.
