While trying to get home, the only street that causes me trouble is my own. It has not been plowed since 8am when I was shoveling my driveway. Now 9pm & I still have a foot of snow on my street. I call police station to advise I am completely blocking the road, they politely advised me to call DPW. I call DPW & get rudely told 'your street will be plowed sometime during the night' & while I tried to explain my situation, I was again rudely told 'your street will be plowed at some time during the night' & was then hung up on. My tax payer dollars hard at work! Thanks for caring about my street and my safety!
9 o'clock at nite in the City of Utica? Roads bare from snow but mine has a foot in it? when did it stop snowing? Are you kidding me? As a homeowner paying my taxes 'on time' for years - this is how the City uses my tax dollars! Thanks to my city governmentforo ensuring I could get home more than 12 hrs after the storm has passed!
