The Mohawk Valley Chapter of Nurse Practitioner Association New York State will be hosting its Twelfth annual teaching day for nurse practitioners on Friday April 16th, 2010 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre. This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Elizabeth Gazza PhD Dean of Nursing Chatham University, a nationally renowned speaker and clinician. NP’s are health care professionals who provide you and/or your family with comprehensive, personalized health care. They are registered nurses with advanced education and clinical training both in primary care and in a variety of specialties. NPs are an essential part of the health care delivery system by improving your access to affordable, quality health care. This year’s speakers include several local nurse practitioners and physicians providing educational insight on a variety of topics and treatment modalities from their areas of expertise.
