My son was hit while riding his bike by a driver that wasn't on his side of the road and my child couldn't ride on the side walk because we don't have them, when I spoke to our mayor about them last year I got brushed off. When I asked about even a street sign I got told oh yeah they got to get to that. A bike helmet saved my child, this could of been a lot worst.
