Deep within Lichfield is a bueatiful hamlet called Cedar Lake. It's off of Albany Rd. North Winfield Creek runs by it. It has a large golf course for only club members and a church surronded by rolling hills. The golf course perimeter has sections of stone wall border, and small bridges for walking across. The area is very well groomed. I have been searching all over the countryside for bluebirds during the past two months. Finally, when I got there I heard my first bluebird. It's hard to get near the state bird, because usaully they are tucked away in someone's back yard.
