LATEST: Gov. Andrew Cuomo has announced new restrictions due to a rise in cases across the state. Starting Nov. 13, all bars, restaurants and gyms must close at 10 p.m. Gatherings at private residences have also been limited to 10 people.
TRAVEL: New York has eliminated its travel advisory list, and will now require travelers to be tested prior to, and after, coming to the state. If both tests come back negative, the person will not have to quarantine for 14 days, as previously required.
