VIENNA, N.Y. -- A Vienna man is accused of exposing himself while on his front lawn Tuesday afternoon.

Oneida County sheriff’s deputies were called to Mill Pond Way just before 3 p.m. where they arrested Robert C. Andrews.

According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, witnesses say Andrews was wearing nothing but a jacket and was exposing himself while performing a lewd act in his front yard where people passing by could see him.

Andrews was arrested and charged with public lewdness.

Deputies also had to notify the McConnelsville Elementary School, which is less than 2 miles from Andrews’ residence, so they could reroute buses away from that area.

After he was processed, Andrews was released with an appearance ticket.
