OLD FORGE, N.Y. – The annual Adirondack Christmas on Main Street began Friday, and will continue through Sunday, Nov. 29.
Activities are planned in both Old Forge and Inlet, including wagon rides, holiday light tours, an ornament scavenger hunt and a live concert. Santa will also be riding through the area on his sleigh.
There will also be Black Friday sales available at the Mountainman Outdoor Supply Company, featuring deals on clothing, outdoor gear and sports equipment like skis, canoes and kayaks.
In Inlet, there will be a book sale at the public library, a tree lighting and elf hunt and an ugly Christmas sweater contest.
