RFA 4, Whitesboro 3 (OT)*
For the third straight game to open the season, the Black Knights won in dramatic overtime fashion to remain unbeaten at 3-0.
Drew Kopek scored two goals for RFA including the OT game-winner, tipping a shot off a penalty corner by Jace Hunzinger, who herself had a goal and an assist. Alyce Frost had the other Rome goal.
Liliana Ferrucci made 12 saves in goal for the Black Knights.
The Warriors found themselves down by two twice in the game before mounting a comeback to tie it up, scoring all three goals in the fourth quarter.
Angie Cirasuolo had two of the Whitesboro goals with Makayla Arnold netting the other. Emma Scranton had two assists on the night with Megan Brinck making 13 saves.
