Angie Cirasuolo scored two goals, including the game-winner as the Warriors win its second straight overtime contest.
Whitesboro held leads of 1-0 and 2-1 thanks to goals by Emma Scranton and Cirasuolo.
VVS got offense from Tori Nelson and then a dramatic game-tying goal with 17 seconds remaining in regulation off the stick of Arayla Garcia.
Warriors keeper Megan Brinck made seven saves in the game, while Red Devils' Kelsey Wickham made nine.
Whitesboro improves to 5-4, VVS drops to 1-4.
