The Continentals avenged a loss to the Pioneers last season with an offensive explosion, lead by a pair of goals from Nancy Loh and two-point nights (1g, 1a) for Timary Malley and Allison Curry.
Katherine Solohub scored the other goal for Hamilton.
Sammy Johnson notched the shutout for the Continentals in goal with 13 shots, while at the other end, Bria Reilly was tasked with 42 saves on a busy night defensively for Utica.
