ROME, N.Y. – New York State Police arrested two suspects in a Rome burglary that took place on Oswego Road on June 7.
Christopher L. Croniser, of Ava, and Cory J. Chesebro, of Vienna, both 29 years old, are charged with third-degree burglary, a felony. Croniser is also facing an additional criminal mischief charge.
Both are accused of stealing chainsaws and power tools from a garage. Croniser also allegedly damaged a vehicle while attempting to cut off the catalytic converter.
The two were arraigned July 2, and have since been released.
