Half of those 12 and older in Oneida County have been fully vaccinated, and 57% have received at least one dose so far.
State data shows that at state-run sites, more than 99,000 people in the county have completed their vaccine series, and another 112,758 received at least one dose.
At county-run sites, 22,289 have been fully vaccinated and 26,984 have received one dose so far.
The overall statewide vaccination rate was 68.6% as of Monday, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
The governor says when the state vaccination rate reaches 70%, most remaining COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted, including capacity restrictions, social distancing requirements and screening protocols.
