A warm up into the weekend

A high pressure system moves into our area and brings warmer air with it.

After starting our week off with a low pressure system bringing on and off rain showers the end is finally near! We did get some much needed rain but with the rain we saw colder temperatures. Five days into June and we are well below our typical high temperatures average of 76.2°F.

High pressure builds in Wednesday night, allowing skies to gradually clear to partly cloudy on Thursday. The weather is expected to turn much nicer and warmer in the afternoon, with sunshine and highs in the 70s. You'll have a great opportunity to cut the lawn on Thursday and Friday.

For the rest of the seven day forecast the rest of the week looks dry with the exception of seeing some scattered showers on Saturday. Sunshine and highs around the mid 70s looks to stay for the start of next week.
