NEWPORT, N.Y. – A multi-agency resource center, or MARC, will be stationed at Newport Fire Department Wednesday from noon to 6 p.m.
Representatives from local organizations will be at the location to assist victims of the Halloween floods and connect them with resources and services.
There will be resources available from the American Red Cross, Salvation Army, United Way 211, Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency and Catholic Charities, among others.
The last registration will be taken at 5:30 p.m.
The MARC will travel to other locations this weekend, including:
- The Willowvale Fire Department from noon to 8 p.m. on Thursday
- The Parkway School in Whitesboro from noon to 8 p.m. on Friday
- The Dolgeville Fire Department from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday
