HERKIMER, NY – Sunday was a day for giving back to the Herkimer community.
Arc Herkimer hosted a free community giveaway day at their Goods Store on Caroline Street.
Shoppers at the store got to select 3 free items from the store's giveaway display that was located outside in front of the store.
Ryan Miller, who works at Arc Herkimer Goods Store, says people were lined up around the front of the store waiting to take advantage of the giveaway.
“We have clothing for men and women, clothes for kids. All we have right now are the clothes. The look on people's faces is great, especially when they're getting free stuff”
