HERKIMER, N.Y. – Arc Herkimer is holding a free autism workshop next month to discuss competency and coping skills.
The workshop is open to educators and professionals, as wells as people with autism and their families.
Dr. Brad Bennett, licensed psychologist and director of Clinton Therapy & Testing Center, will give the event presentation, entitled “Competency & Coping: Improving Competency and Coping Skills of Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.”
Bennett specializes in family psychotherapy and psychological evaluation.
The event will be held in the Arc Herkimer’s main building, 350 S. Washington St., Herkimer, on Thursday, Nov. 12.
People can attend in-person, with limited seating available, or online via Zoom.
