NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. -- The Hannaford location, along Commercial Drive in New Hartford, is back open after closing abruptly Tuesday night.
The store was experiencing "extreme technical difficulties," and Wednesday after the 7:15 a.m. reopening — only have four registers available for customers to check out.
The store at one point was only accepting cash or credit Wednesday, but is now back up and running as normal.
The corporate office says the network was down, and there was not a hack.
