UTICA, N.Y. – Naythen Aubain appeared in court Wednesday, where his attorney again asked for more time to work on the defense.
Defense attorney, Adam Tyksinski, is asking for more time to put together a psychiatric report on Aubain. Tyksinski already asked for more time to complete the report during a court appearance on Jan. 8.
Aubain is scheduled to return to Oneida County Court on March 11.
Aubain pled not guilty to first-degree and attempted murder in March of 2019. He is accused of killing his grandmother and elderly landlord.
