Co-owner Sharrone Sofer says after the grand opening on Nov. 1, the shop will also offer a selection of grilled cheese sandwiches made with the butters.
“I’ve been making grilled cheese sandwiches for a long time, where I would just put an ingredient in the pan with the butter when I was cooking the grilled cheese, and the thought was like, maybe there's a better way to do this? I always liked the way it tastes, maybe some siracha, and it caramelizes real nice. It would be easier if it all was just one thing instead of being a bunch of different things,” he said.
The store will be open again on Thursday, Oct. 22, but the full kitchen will not open until Nov. 1.
