UTICA, N.Y. -- The Boilermaker 5K is capped.
Race officials say the 5K is full and if you want in – the waiting list is now in effect.
The 15k is 90 percent full. If you sign up Monday before midnight the price is $60, but if you don’t make the midnight deadline, it goes up to $65.
