ANNSVILLE, N.Y. -- A Boonville man is now in custody after authorities say he violated a family order of protection.
Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Joshua Cooper, 38, of Boonville.
The alleged dispute happened on July 11th in Annsville.
Cooper was charged with criminal contempt, criminal possession of a weapon, and harassment. Deputies say Cooper was a suspect in two other separate charges.
He remains in Oneida County Jail for arraignment.
